To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the datowin365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during the period in which your Account remains active:
Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held therein pending investigation.
Each person may hold only one (1) Account on the datowin365 Platform at any given time. The opening of multiple Accounts by any single individual — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all related balances.

The minimum single deposit amount is RM30 for local MYR payment methods. Minimum deposits for cryptocurrency transactions are equivalent to approximately USD 10 in the deposited asset. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced KYC checks.
Local e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow deposits are typically credited to your datowin365 Account within minutes of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following one (1) blockchain confirmation. datowin365 is not responsible for delays caused by your chosen payment provider, network congestion, or bank processing schedules.
All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the relevant funds held pending investigation.
